The Origanata, in dialect “Rianata”, is a typical pizza of the province of Trapani, in Sicily and is rigorously cooked in a wood-fired oven. This type of pizza takes its name from the massive amount of oregano used in its topping which gives a very strong flavour and a pungent tang. A pizza with all the scents, smells and colours of Sicily.
