TWO families, ONE passion
In 1977, Rocco Lauro and Marcello Ortuso light the first Alfa fire. Two cousins, a handmade oven and a clear vision: to make flame cooking accessible to everyone who loves cooking and being together. From that first oven began a journey shaped by research, experimentation and respect for tradition. A journey that, over time, transformed an artisanal dream into an internationally recognised company, without ever losing its connection to its roots and to the values from which it all began.
Today, that same spirit still guides every decision: innovating while never forgetting our origins.
